A top prizewinner of international competitions, pianist Kristina Moditch has performed at Carnegie’s Weill Hall, the Moscow Conservatory Great Hall, Maly Hall and Rachmaninoff Hall, the Pesti Vigado in Budapest, the Moscow International House of Music, The DiMenna Center for Classical Music, and Birdland jazz club in New York City. She has appeared with leading ensembles such as the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra, the Budapest Symphony Orchestra, the Togliatti Symphony Orchestra, the Allentown Symphony Orchestra, the Igor Lerman Chamber Orchestra, the Moscow Conservatory Chamber Orchestra, and The Bach Choir of Bethlehem with its renowned Bach Festival Orchestra.

Kristina’s concert highlights include recital performances at major festivals, among them at The Breakers at the Newport Music Festival in Rhode Island, and Musikfest in Pennsylvania - America’s largest free music festival. She has been featured at PianoTexas, Pianofest in the Hamptons, the New York Piano Festival, PianoSummer Festival at New Paltz, the Vladimir Spivakov International Festival Moscow Meets Friends, the Moscow International Festival of Young Soloists, St. Petersburg House of Music festivals, Vladimir Krainev International Festival, the Arthur Rubinstein Institute in Spain, among others.

Kristina explores classical music repertoire from Bach to contemporary composers. For several years she has been a guest artist at the “Bach at Noon” concert series in Pennsylvania with the oldest Bach choir in the United States. Kristina is an avid chamber musician and regularly performs in duets, trios, quartets, etc. She also has an in-depth knowledge of classical opera repertoire and accompanies opera singers. Among her radio appearances are broadcasts on WDIY - National Public Radio and WWFM - The Classical Network, both in the U.S.
 
A U.S. native, Kristina Moditch began her piano studies at age four in Moscow and at age six won her first piano competition. She received her formative training at the esteemed Central Music School in Moscow, graduating summa cum laude with a foundation deeply rooted in the Russian classical tradition. In 2024 she graduated with distinction from the Moscow State Conservatory earning the prestigious “Best Graduate” Award under the mentorship of Andrei Pisarev, Head of Piano, and renowned pianist Nikolai Lugansky. She currently continues her artistic development in the Graduate Assistantship Program in the same distinguished studio.
